FEW-National Training Program

July 16, 2018 - July 20, 2018

For 48 years Federally Employed Women (FEW) has been training federal workers for personal and professional career growth. In 2018, in conjunction with the National Training Program, FEW will reflect on its history of advocating for women by celebrating a major milestone of turning 50 years old. The theme for the 49th National Training Program is “Leaving a Legacy – 50 Years and Counting”. You’re invited you to join FEW in Atlanta, Georgia, for another awesome training program and a historical celebration!

FEW maps every training session to the guidelines of the Office of Personnel Management’s Senior Executive Service, Executive Core Qualifications (Leading Change, Leading People, Results Driven, Business Acumen, Building Coalitions) and the underlying fundamental core competencies. Each course prepares you for the next steps in your career.
