And as we adapt to new lifestyles such as “social distancing,” “shelter in place,” and “Stay at Home”, “our need to personally connect and share our experiences with other veterans remains constant. That is why we are opening our weekly Muster’s to all who can attend.

MilSpouse Roadmap Overview
As part of the Hiring Our Heroes Career Community, Wellness Wednesday sessions provide free information and resources for maintaining physical health and mental wellness. A diverse group of subject matter experts will focus on topics such as how working families can find a healthy work-life balance, how employers are prioritizing mental wellness in corporate America, how to maintain connectiveness while working remotely, and how maintaining good physical health can reduce stress levels and raise productivity.
This program is powered in part by Wounded Warrior Project® to honor and empower post-9/11 injured service members, veterans, and their families.
