The PNC Community Mutt Strut

“Join us to save the life of a veteran”
22 veterans die by suicide every day.
- Once paired with a Guardian Angels Medical Service Dog, the rate of suicide falls to zero.
- Guardian Angels has paired more than 320 service dogs to veterans and others in need.
- At Guardian Angels, approximately 95% of their service dogs are paired with veterans and first responders.
- Although it costs $25,000 to raise, train & pair each dog. Every dog is donated to the recipient at no cost.
The PNC Community Mutt Strut will be held from September 8 – 11th to bring awareness to these lifesaving medical service dogs that restore freedom and independence to their recipients.
