AMAC Academy presents New Tax Law Highlights for Businesses and Airports with Mary Baker, Government Affairs Counselor,  K&L Gates LLP. This session will focus on the new Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. While the webinar is not intended as a substitute for the individual tax advice from your tax advisor, it will highlight key parts of the new tax law that are very likely relevant for AMAC members. Discussion topics:

• New tax rules regarding the acquisition of new plant and equipment;
• Tax developments affecting C corporations, S corporations, partnerships and  limited liability corporations;
• The new lower tax rates;
• New rules regarding the deductibility of interest expense; and
