Vets Saving America’s Kids

Craig “Sawman” Sawyer, the Texan who has served the United States of America most of his life, is becoming a legend. He began his military career as a U.S. Marine and soon transitioned into the Navy, becoming a U.S. Navy Seal. In the Teams, he was decorated for Heroic Service in Desert Storm and Desert Shield. After leaving his military service, he continued serving his country, becoming one of the “Original 33” Federal Air Marshals. After 5 years in the Air Marshals, Craig then moved on to overseas contractor work, serving again in the “hot zones” of combat. To this day, he remains operationally active in many roles; however, he is most passionate about his Vets4childrescue. It may be his most rewarding role yet—saving America’s children from child sex trafficking.
I recently talked to Craig about his new role, how he got Vets4childrescue going, and how we can all help get the word out to save our kids.
How did you start Vets4childrescue?
I saw horrible abuse being perpetrated on defenseless children with the increasing pedophile trafficking ring arrests and decided to do something to help. I’m not a wealthy philanthropist, so I founded V4CR to raise the needed funds to conduct the work.
What do you see as the biggest threat to America’s children?
The biggest threat is the widespread child trafficking network run by some of the global elite. The revenue from it is now said to be exceeding the illegal drug trade. Very disappointing to learn about. We must change this!
How do you and your veterans in the org get your game plan together?
The diverse array of veterans who comprise V4CR come from the various federal law enforcement, intelligence and spec ops communities. They’re all seasoned pros and self-starters. We coordinate through various types of communications, including secure email, meetings, TELECONS, etc.
How many children to date have you rescued?
We are not a direct action unit, although some rescues do happen in coordination with various other law enforcement units. Our mission is to rip the lid off the secrecy, which has unfortunately been allowing this abuse to go on right under our noses. We are currently in production to show our first big documentary on this matter with some of the world’s top experts.
How do other veterans get involved?
They can help get the word out about us, donate to help fund our mission, and rally others to hold all our elected officials’ feet to the fire to force stronger legislation against this kind of horrid abuse.
What is the best defense for parents and concerned citizens to help protect the children today?
Tragically, some of the most traditionally trusted institutions are complicit in pedophilia and child trafficking. Parents must inform their kids that NOBODY is welcome to abuse them, in addition to being hypervigilant about who has access to their kids in the first place. Keep your children close. Unfortunately, predators are far more prevalent than we’d care to believe.
How much of your time today do you spend in each of your projects?
I spend my entire day now on V4CR. There’s much to do. Once we get this first documentary in the can, I hope to take a breather to unwind for a minute to recharge the batteries.
Do you also hold school assemblies to train children on how to protect themselves?
I’ve personally spoken at schools to educate children on various topics. We plan to have a growing outreach program under V4CR to really get the word out to empower kids as our funding and manpower increases.
What do you want our readers to know about your group’s efforts?
I’d just like people to know we’ve got some of the warmest hearted and hardest working people you could ever meet coordinating on this passion project. It’s a hostile environment for those of us who dare to expose what the powerful elite are desperate to keep hidden. But it’s not going away and none of us can stop fighting. We have to do it for the kids. Our supporters’ encouragement and backing means more than they probably know. We appreciate them very much! Together, we can make an even bigger, positive impact!
SO many of our veterans all across this great country never stop serving when they hang up their military uniforms. Craig Sawyer is just one example of our American Heroes who has the protection of others running through his veins. Thank God for Craig and the thousands of heroes just like him!
